Returns & Exchange Policy – Incendio Apparels
At Incendio Apparels, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free returns and exchange process is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags & packaging intact.
- Certain items like accessories, or final sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange (this will be mentioned clearly on the product page).
Return/Exchange Process
- Go to the “My Orders” section on our website and select the product you wish to return/exchange.
- Choose your reason and upload images if required.
- Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the product passes our quality check at the warehouse.
- Prepaid & COD Orders: Refunded via coupon code of the same value 5–7 business days.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit. No bank refunds will be processed.
Exchanges
- You can request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will prioritize replacements at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Products
- Items marked as final sale, or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
